After about a year, Chris Pratt and Anna Faris officially divorced nearly a year after filing papers to end their marriage more than a year after their Split was published.
The actor age, 39 and The actress age, 41-year-old will share legal and physical custody of their son, Jack, age 6. The former couple has a marriage contract, and neither of the two actors has sought alimony, E! News has learned.
The estranged couple signed the papers to complete the divorce.
“Chris and Anna are officially divorced,” a source said Friday. “The judge signed the judgment on October 24, so their relationship status was dissolved as of October 24. The papers were filed with the courthouse today, Nov. 2.”
Another source revealed to E! News the previous month: “It’s all very amicable and always has been between them because they just want what’s best for Jack.”
Divorce by signing a contract with a retired judge’s signature and accepted by the court, “unless people are amicable and getting along, and are looking out for the best interest of the child,” the source added.
The news about the divorce finalization of Chris and Anna comes barely two days after the duo came together to have their son in the trap for the Halloween night.
Chris and Anna announced their divorce in August 2017 after eight years of marriage. Chris filed a divorce claim in December, which indicates July 13, 2017, as the official separation date.
Anna is represented in divorce by Laura Wasser, founder of ItsOverEasy.com, a famous divorce lawyer.
Both actors began to meet other people since they have split. He saw Katherine Schwarzenegger, daughter of Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger in the last few months.
