Former fiancé of Sofia Vergara is trying to destroy her marriage with Joe Manganiello, a close source reveals.

Sofia and Ex Fiancé Nick

Sofia has been in a protracted legal battle with her former fiancé Nick Loeb, because of the two frozen embryos produced by the couple. He wants to keep them, but he wants to destroy them.

Sources reveal that the primary reason behind the battle has nothing to do with the birth of a new life to the world. It is just clear vengeance. There are rumors that Nick still have grudges against Sofia for breaking up with him and his ultimate goal is to destroy her marriage.

Sources refer to the fact that Loeb already has a one-year-old daughter with another woman. Hence, his wish to become a father has already become true, but he is still creating troubles because of the embryos.

Nick moved the case to Louisiana, knowing full well that the state acknowledges embryos as an individual.

To be eligible to fight a lawsuit in Louisiana, one must be a residence. We gathered that Nick claims to live Plaquemines Parish, in Los Angeles, instead of California where we all know he has resided for long. He even went as far as founding a trust fund for embryos in LA; he called the trust fund Emma and Isabella. Sources close to Sofia claims that Nick never stays in the house, only use the address to disguise.

Pierre Miller and Jasha McQueen, both attorneys to Nick, confirms that Nick rented a place in the area and registered for voting in Los Angeles, but he would not be concise when asked how often he lives at the property. McQueen also claims that Nick has a driving license of the city, and they are sure that the judge will ensure he takes necessary steps to prove his residency and then win the case.
